If your partner is one of those who like visiting stadiums to watch games then just before the game will do it.  Take the microphone and announce to the audience when directing the proposal to her. Your partner will have everybody on her neck expecting her to accept the proposition at that time. When you visit the venue makes sure that she does not know of your existence at first to enable you turn her off. This move will actually stay longer in her memories than you could possibly have imagined when you were planning.

Maybe your partner is one of those people who like taking breakfast in bed. This is actually an opportunity to wake up earlier than usual and does the necessary. Just make sure that you are up earlier than your partner then prepare the best breakfast you have ever prepared. Take the meal to the bedroom and wake them up. Let them check on what you have prepared as they know you rarely take that risk. Place a ring inside one of the foodstuff you know cannot choke them. When they open this their faces will show it all as you enjoy the outcome.
